How to Download the Full Version?
You filled the Order Form, you were redirected to the Bank Web site to charge your credit card, but were not redirected to the downloading page to get the full version of the program you ordered.
This has already happened, for some reasons we couldn't yet understand fully. Please send us an e-mail, we'll send you as soon as possible the link to download the product.
You should know that we control regularily the order processing and that we check whether you had effectively access to the downloading page (whose address is not public, and changes frequently). When we observe such "orphan" orders, we send automatically ourselves the links to the e-mail address given. Check your e-mail box, the link may already be there.

You are a registered user and you have lost your own copy of one of our programs (hard disk crash, lost CD-ROM, and the like).
The downloading link for the full version is not public and changes rather frequently, for obvious safety reasons.
Please send us an e-mail, we'll send you as soon as possible the link to download the software again.
